We took a tired former department store in Brighton and transformed it. We spent £750k on the public realm, creating 10x multiple on the investment. We created funky offices from derelict spaces with no roof. We gained planning permission for a new Brighton Lane of shops and flats, including the demolition of a listed building. We left Brighton a better place.
