Joss has over 20 years experience in direct and indirect real estate investment and financing in the UK, Europe and Japan including active asset management and development of distressed UK assets.

Senior roles include being an adviser to Private Equity, Family Offices and HNWIs, as Global Director in RBS and as a Non-Exec Director of property and hotel companies

Key individual assets include the Hanningtons Estate in Brighton (active asset management, planning and development), Newhaven Estate (planning, operational real estate, development), Teddington Studios (strategic advice), and Fairoaks Airport (active asset management).

Joss has an honours degree in Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a member of the RICS Commercial Property Forum.

Richard has over 15 years experience in a variety of markets including the City of London investment, fund management and fund origination markets and is responsible for the investment and development aspects of our transactions.

Senior roles include Fund Management Partner at Knight Frank and head of the Property Derivatives Desk at Knight Frank and Senior Director at RBS.

Nick has over 20 years experience, acquiring, managing and selling over £2bn of assets including shopping centres, retail parks, high street assets and cross border logistics.

Most recently, Nick honed his strategic and operational leadership skills while holding senior roles including Director at Kennedy Wilson leading Central London assets, Italy and the hospitality business and Director and Fund Manager at AEW Europe managing a closed end cross border fund and executing large and complicated investments including The Bridges Shopping Centre Sunderland. He has worked across all asset sectors in both the fixed and variable lease structures as well as dealing with portfolios spanning mainland Europe.

Nick focuses on strategic asset management, portfolio management, financial control and investment across all retail projects.

Ben Deacon is a seasoned COO and Chartered Accountant with over 14 years’ experience in the private equity real estate and banking sector.

Ben found his ‘day job’ was becoming increasingly technology focussed – every new business requirement could be solved by some level of systemisation. Ben is passionate about bringing this approach to Adynaton’s client base and leveraging best-in-class tools to quickly develop tailored solutions.

Ben’s training as an accountant, coupled his experience of governance, systems design, financial modelling, risk management and latterly as a compliance officer, means he is able to consider all aspects of a business during engagements.

Matt has 20 years experience as investor, agent and asset manager across the office and retail sectors, especially in London and the South East.

Formerly principal of M&M Fund Management, Matt has a strong track record of buying well, adding value and realising profits.

Whilst at M&M, he created an aggregation strategy acquiring South East Offices to create returns of 1.7x Equity Multiple and mid 30's IRR over a 2.5 year period.
